Hailey Karel (she/they) is a Pittsburgh native who went from rural horse farm to the stage. Wanting to create new art and build a community of other kind human beings, she seeks out meaningful stories to tell that immerses audiences in the human condition. They bring a star-studded energy to the stage as a dynamic artist. From rock belter to musical theatre mezzo, she brings nuance to the projects she steps into. As a recently graduated Musical Theatre Alumni of Slippery Rock University, they are ready to carve their name into the walls of the industry.
As a multi-disciplinary performer and technician, she has knowledge of multiple facets of the industry and loves to work in many areas of the field.
In her free time, Hailey can be seen hanging out with friends, being outdoors, watching Star Trek, and making clay jewelry.
